CHP Istanbul Deputy Barış Yarkadaş said “By voting NO, we can leave our children a better future.”
Üsküdar District Head Erdoğan Altan also joined CHP Istanbul Deputy Barış Yarkadaş while he explained the proposed constitution to the citizens at the NO Tent in Üsküdar. The public waved flags listening to the Izmir Anthem, which was played numerous times.
They have come with luggages
Whilst the campaign efforts were ongoing, three women who visited the tent said “We are coming from abroad. We have voted already. Now we will go back to our home city and work on the NO campaign.” CHP’s Yarkadaş in response said “We are all striving for our country and our children. We will vote NO for our country. Thank you very much for your efforts and your labor.”
He called out to the families
Yarkadaş who called out to the public from the tent that was set at Üsküdar Center, also had talks with the families with children. CHP’s deputy who offered treats to the kids, has also made statements to the mothers and fathers. Yarkadaş said, “Vote NO for your children. Vote NO for the future of your children.”
“Sweet child…”
Yarkadaş also shared through Instagram an instance where a child gave the treat he got from the tent to his older sister. Yarkadaş wrote “The child who gave the treat to his older sister; you are sweeter than the treat itself…”
